JSC «MINNEFTEGASSTROI» has the unique experience of reconstruction of civil and industrial targets in difficult conditions, has been actively involved in construction of oil and gas complex in southern Russia.

 

Joint Stock Company «MINNEFTEGASSTROI» is the legal successor of the tradition of the former Soviet Union MINNEFTEGAZSTROI.

 

The Founders of the international integration oil-gas-construction company JSC «MINNEFTEGASSTROI» were:

  • JSC «BELTRUBOPROVODSTROY», The Republic of Belarus, Minsk,
  • JSC «Foreing Trade Industrial Company - UNION» Russian Federation, Moscow
  • number of individuals

The purppose of the establishment and operations of the Company - is development and implementation of integratio programs for the formation and development of the energy industry, industry of oil and gas contruction in Russia and Belarus; increasing the efficiency of oil and gas fields; improving the quality of petroleum and petroleum products; developing and improving the efficiency of fuel resource transportation on the territories of Russia and foreign countries.

    

JSC «MINNEFTEGASSTROI» successfully re-registered. It is registered in the Interdistrict Inspectorate of Federal Tax Service ¹ 46 of Moscow in August 24,2005.

 

At the moment the main activity for JSC «MINNEFTEGASSTROI» is the realization of its own Project of construction of Fuel Energy Cluster («Abinskiy TEK» - ATEK) in Krasnodar Krai (region).

       

Since 2005, JSC «MINNEFTEGASSTROI» is a member of the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation.

the General Meeting  of Shareholders of JSC "MINNEFTEGASSTROI" .

It has been a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC "MINNEFTEGASSTROI" .

At the meeting have been discussed issues of cooperation of JSC "MINNEFTEGASSTROI"  with State corporation "Bank for development and foreing economic affairs (Vnesheconombank)" representation in Rostov-on-Don and the involvement of European contractors to the project of construction of the fuel and energy cluster in the south of Russia

It was decided to continue to work with Vnesheconombank and European contractors  and to prepare the necessary documents.

It has been a regular 30 meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC "MINNEFTEGASSTROI". 

Heard and approved the report of the General Director Ya. Alibekov about further development of the project  "ATEK".

Alibekov Yakhya Imranovich re-elected as General Director of JSC "Minneftegasstroi" for the next 5 years by the unanimous decision of the General Meeting  of Shareholders.
